Im interested in buying a hair and tanning salon, but the owner wants to take all of her hair clients.?

The owner plans on working at a salon that is only 2 miles away. I work at this salon now and she is taking her clients notecards home because she thinks i will steal them when she is not there. I am not this type of person and would never do this but how do i stop her from taking her clients 2 miles down the road.Im interested in buying a hair and tanning salon, but the owner wants to take all of her hair clients.?
Most clients will follow their hair dresser to wherever she goes, so you're not losing anything. But since she is doing it, negotiate a lower price.
