Will you get a tan from three 5mins sessions a week at the tanning salon after you build a base tan?

How much damage will this cause and is there any way to try and prevent it without not going. I have fair skin and get really little in the winter like almost ghostly and i just want some colour and i have tried the lotions and they dont work well Will you get a tan from three 5mins sessions a week at the tanning salon after you build a base tan?

last winter i went like 3 times a week for 20 minutes.


but since your only gonna go one for 5 minutes id get a tanning lotion with bronzer.


but make sure you rub it in all the way EVERYWHERE.

5 minutes isn't really long enough, after you built a base color. If you already built a base color, you want to progress for a longer time such as 7 or 8 minutes. you can request anytime under 20. but if you're trying to prevent damage, i recommend you not going at all. Try spray tans, they last 5-7 days, and make you look all glow-like. but since you're fair-skinned, make sure to ask for the lowest level possible. im tan, but i still get them if i have a special occasion!
Yes. It wont be much though and you'll pretty much just be maintaining that little bit. Start at 5 and move up to 7 and then 10. 10 minutes will build a tan.
