Pro you get a nice bronzed skin tone(if thats what your going for).





Con's tanning beds are so bad for you it has harsh uv rays,and it makes you age way faster,and really y do something that you gotta continue all the time just to keep it up! Its not worth being 30,and looking 40 to me.





The sun well its not the best thing,but it is waay better than a tanning bed. The sun has I think its vitamine c-d vitamines cant remember (my doctor told me) ?? anyway if you want a nice sun kisssed glow get jergens lotion i love it it really works well..

You look young and may not worry about it now but you should just stay out of tanning beds. I am 34 and I grew up in the sun. Always tan and then started going to tanning beds. Now I have had many many moles removed and some were pre-cancerous. Now I have to go the dermotolgist every six months for a full body check.





If you have to go into the sun put on sunscreen. SPF works like this:


SPF 20 works for 200 minutes


SPF 45 work for 450 minutes...ect...





There are some really good tanning mists out there if you need color.
Ugh, don't go to a tanning salon, people tend to end up looking orange.
