With the pre-mature aging and skin cancer that can come from tanning, is it ethical to own a tanning salon?

or moral.

BTW, I do NOT think they should be illegal. I just want to know who would own one considering all the damage they cause. It would be like farming tobacco or processing cocaine in my bookWith the pre-mature aging and skin cancer that can come from tanning, is it ethical to own a tanning salon?
I don't think owning any of those things is immoral (well cocaine yes) but if you have a product that can cause harm and you are open about the damage it can cause and people buy it anyway? that's not your problem.

I mean everyone knows tanning and cigarettes are bad for you...but they keep coming back for more. That's the fault of the individual, not the supplier.
