I would suggest using direct mail to direct a wave of traffic into your salon very quickly.





You may very well be able to raise the revenue yourselves rather than add an encumberance to your overhead.





I would imagine that in a 24 hour period you do have a slow gap...and in utah, I imagine that its very unlike Vegas or New York, where there is abundant foot traffic at 3 a.m.





so devise a campaign to draw folks in, during the slow hours.





Could you find a cooperative 24 hour restaurant to let you distribute dinner coupons in your store..this way people have incentive to Tan and grab a bite. plus it will increase the traffic for the food guy.





what else can you do in your salon to produce revenue? ...sell spa products? massages?
